§ Mr. MACPHERSONThe general scheme of demobilisation provides that proprietors of one-man businesses who will be able to recommence their business may be released from the Army on the same basis as other men with employment awaiting them. My right hon. Friend the Minister for Reconstruction, in his speech on 12th November, gave details of the provisions which will be made for cases of hardship among such men. It is not possible to utilise Appeal Tribunals in this connection.
