§ Mr. MUNROThe figures for 1916 are substantially as stated. As regards 1915 my hon. and learned Friend has apparently omitted to include the statistics for the counties of Kirkcudbright and Wigtown, which make a material difference to the total. As regards the second and third parts of the question, I have nothing to add to previous replies.
