§ Sir G. CAVEMy right hon. Friend has asked me to reply to this question. I am advised by the military authorities that it is not desirable to withdraw the lighting restrictions at present, and the Orders as they stand enable drivers to obtain sufficient light for safe driving at ordinary speeds.
