RANDLESasked the President of the Local Government Board whether he is aware that, owing to the recent extension of the military age, it will not be possible for men joining the Naval, Military, or Air Forces after 5th July to claim as absent voters; and whether, in order to prevent many thousands of such electors being in fact debarred from exercising their votes at a possible General Election, he will consider the desirability of at once introducing a Bill to amend the Representation of the People Act, 1918?
