§ Colonel ASHLEYasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether he is aware that the war bounty granted under the second Military Service Act was refused to men who were not bound to remain in the Service under that Act, i.e., men over forty-one years of age; that men who were refused the bounty because they were over age are now being compelled to serve on under the new Military Service Act because they are under age; and whether he will consider the amendment of the War Bounty Order to include men who have not attained the age of fifty-one at the time of being compelled to re-enlist or to serve with the Colours?
