DOUGHERTYasked the Undersecretary of State for War whether a boy who enlisted in the Royal Irish Rifles, at Derry, on the 12th of April, while under eighteen years of age can be retained in military service; and whether, upon the production of conclusive proof that he will not attain the age of eighteen until the 10th of June, the military authorities will be prepared to order his discharge?
