WILSONasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that a number of officers in the Volunteers have had considerable experience m the training and handling of men, he will arrange for these officers, when called to the Colours, to be sent to a training or cadet school to be trained as officers for the Army, and thus utilise the knowledge and experience they already possess to the best advantage?
