§ Mr. BYRNEasked the President of the Board of Trade if his Department have under consideration the opening of branches of the Overseas Trade Department in various centres; and, if so, will he see that the geographical position of Dublin is recognised and that an Overseas Trade Department is established in the capital of Ireland?
