§ Mr. MORRELLasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether his attention has been drawn to the inadequacy of the present system of supplies of fat and to the hardship that is thus caused not only to bakers and confectioners, whose businesses are threatened, but to the workers who depend upon them; and whether the Government are proposing to take any steps in the matter?
