§ Sir JAMES BOYTONasked the Undersecretary of State for War what is the cause of the delay in the issue of half-fare railway travelling vouchers to members of the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps when proceeding home on leave, seeing that this concession was promised in November last?
§ Mr. MACPHERSONMy hon. Friend will realise that as the administration of the railways does not rest with the War Office, the detailed arrangements for the issue of these half-fare vouchers to the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps have necessarily taken some time to complete. The matter has now been arranged, and instructions will shortly be issued.
