BARRANasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether the attention of his Department has been called to the waste of time caused to clerks in the Army Pay offices in London through being compelled to attend at Mill bank Hospital in the event of their reporting sick and often having to wait six or seven hours before seeing the medical officer; and whether he will consider the possibility of arranging for the medical officer to visit the Army Pay offices periodically?
