Ohmiedecke has been relieved of the command of his division on the grounds of sending out too many patrols and losing too many men in consequence; 1843W and, in view of this evidence of the enemy's care for the conservation of manpower, will steps be taken to ensure that the heavy losses of subalterns and men that have been suffered in raiding expeditions in the past will in future be avoided?
