asked the Home Secretary whether any decision has been arrived at by the Government as to the advisability of preventing any person not of British birth addressing public meetings in this country for the duration of the War?

An Order in Council giving power to the Secretary of State to prohibit an alien from addressing or taking part in meetings or engaging in propaganda has been passed to-day.
