§ Mr. ILLINGWORTHThe question of the pay of temporary postmen and post-women in provincial towns has been referred to the Conciliation and Arbitration Board for Government Employés, at whose instance it is being discussed between representatives of the Post Office and the Postmen's Federation with a view to a settlement by agreement.
