§ Mr. KINGasked the Minister of National Service whether instructions have been given to the local tribunal at Leeds to exempt from military service men of Russian birth but of Belgian domicile, who came to this country on the outbreak of the War and who express the intention to return to that country at its conclusion; if so, on what date; whether he is assured that these instructions are being observed; and whether the instructions apply only to Russians in Leeds or to all Russian subjects who have acquired Belgian domicile?
