Mr. HARRISasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Committee appointed last year to consider the financial position of the Imperial Institute in connection with the Act of 1916 has sent in its Report; and, if so, whether the executive council of the Imperial Institute has been informed of the conclusion arrived at?
