§ Mr. KELLAWAYA licence has been granted to one of the companies referred to in the question. further information is awaited from another of the companies referred to before a licence can be granted. A draft agreement has been prepared between His Majesty's Government and a third company, and is now under discussion. It is not desirable at this juncture to publish the names of the companies or the areas concerned.
