§ Mr. SHORTTThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. I am aware that, owing to the War, the revenue of the Dingle Harbour Board has decreased to such an extent that great difficulty is found in maintaining the Lighthouse. So far, however, I have been unable to find any means of assisting them.
