§ Mr. MACPHERSONAs it is probable that the Netherlands Minister at Constantinople will be unable to supply clothing 63W to the men in Turkey in the future, and as information has been received that the Austrian Government have removed the restrictions on the dispatch of parcels through Austria, it is hoped to arrange for the dispatch of goods overland, as the date of departure of the repatriation ship from Egypt is still unsettled.
