§ Mr. ILLINGWORTHThe conditions of service of soldiers stationed at Gibraltar are different from those of soldiers serving with the Expeditionary Forces, and I am not aware how far it is practicable to distinguish the correspondence of soldiers from civilians there, and to grant the former a preferential rate, but I will inquire.
