§ Mr. SNOWDENasked the Undersecretary of State for War what reply has been sent to the letter addressed to him, dated 10th June, 1918, by the father of Gunner S. W. Chapman, T. 4/210423, complaining that, after three years of unblemished service, his son has been transferred to a new regiment and had been deprived of his rank and suffered a loss of pay of 10s. a week; and what action has been taken, or will be taken, to restore this soldier's pay and position?
