§ Mr. MACPHERSONI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the answer which I gave him on the 8th instant as regards industrial training in military hospitals. I might add that men obviously unfit for further military service are taught the use of their limbs by exercise within the curative workshops, and when sufficiently recovered are discharged from the Army.
