GEDDESThe question of giving preference in granting a licence to start a business has not hitherto arisen, but I can assure my hon. and gallant Friend that the policy of the Ministry of National Service is to do everything possible for those who have served their country in the armed forces, and I will gladly see that my hon. and gallant Friend's suggestion is fully borne in mind.
