Morgan, a conscientious objector in Wormwood Scrubs Prison, who is reported 50W to be in hospital and in a weak state of health, suffering from double hernia and chest trouble, which threatens consumption; and, in view of the man's state of health and his unfitness for medical service, will he order his release?
