§ Mr. CLYNESThe Cattle Feeding-stuffs (Requisition) Order, 1918, was only issued on the 21st instant, and complete returns of stocks held by dealers and manufacturers have not yet been received. Arrangements for the proper distribution of feeding-stuffs in Ireland are now being discussed with the Board of Agriculture and Technical Instruction for Ireland.
