Members?
§ Mr. KELLAWAYCopies of this booklet were sent by the Ministry of Munitions to the Press for review before copies for sale to the public were actually available. A delay in publication has been caused by inability to obtain a sufficient quantity of the cloth for binding. The booklet was, however, published yesterday, and copies may be purchased from the various sale branches of His Majesty's Stationery Office.
