§ Mr. WATTasked the Secretary for Scotland whether any and, if so, what arrangement has yet been come to between the Scottish Board of Agriculture and the Treasury whereby farmers in Scotland will get the same advantage as those in England and Wales in the way of loans from banks at 5 per cent. interest to enable them to purchase manures, implements, etc., to increase the output of food?
