§ Mr. BRIDGEMANSteps are being taken to ensure that all possible facilities are provided for men discharged from the forces, and particularly those suffering from wounds and other disabilities. The question of a definite preference, in which of course, the co-operation of the employers and workers is essential, is one of some difficulty, but it is being considered in detail with the advisory committees of employers and workmen which have been set up to advise my Department.
