§ Mr. MACPHERSONThis Committee is an advisory body, and has made arrangements for the employment of all available prisoners. Twenty-three sittings have been held during the last six months. A representative of the Ministry of National Service has recently been added. There is no cost to the State beyond the expenses of posting and stationery. It is proposed to continue the Committee.
