§ Mr. ILLINGWORTHAll means of communication are being used for the conveyance of mails sent from His Majesty's Forces in Palestine to this country, and by arrangements which have recently become available it is hoped substantially to expedite the transmission of these mails. As regards the second part of the question, I have no reason to think that 1183W the Conditions described by the hon. Member can he regarded as due to the fault of the Postal Service.
