WILSONasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office if he is aware that the carpenters employed at the Army Ordnance Department at Haul-bowline have not yet received the 12 per cent. increase of wage that the men in the other departments in the Royal yards are receiving; and whether he will give instructions that these men be paid the increase, with arrears of pay as from the date the increase was given to the men in the other departments?
