§ Mr. BRACEMy right hon. Friend received the first cable mentioned by the hon. Member on 25th December. There is no trace of the second having been received either by the Cable Censor or the Press Bureau; it was certainly not stopped by the Home Secretary's order. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative.
