§ Mr. MARTINasked the Prime Minister (1) whether the Government intend to carry out the Resolution unanimously passed by the Canadian House of Commons that no hereditary titles be conferred on Canadians; and (2) whether the Government intend to act on the Order in Council passed by the Canadian Government and approved by the Canadian House of Commons, asking that no titles be conferred on Canadians except on the recommendation of the Canadian Government?
