Sir A. STANLEYProposals to amend the Patent Law in this respect were embodied Clauses 6 and 7 of the Bill to amend the Patents and Designs Act, 1907, introduced into the House on the 19th November last. This Bill was not proceeded with, but it is hoped that a new Bill dealing with this and other questions will be introduced after the Recess.
