§ Mr. CLYNESThe statement of facts contained in the last part of the question is substantially accurate. As the result of the action taken by the Divisional Food Commissioner, the matter has on two occasions been considered by the urban district council, which is the local authority, and the final decision of the council is as stated. The Food Controller is considering whether the case is one in which further representations should be made by him to the local authority.
