§ Mr. WARDLEThe conditions affecting the production and distribution of coal have made it necessary to introduce a severe curtailment in the train services throughout the country, and the British and Irish Railway Executive Committees have been asked to make arrangements accordingly. The attention of the latter690W Committee has, however, been called to the particular case to which the hon. Member refers.
