§ Mr. PROTHEROYes, Sir; my attention has been drawn to the position, which however, has been signed by poultry keepers under a misapprehension of the facts of the case. A full statement of the position is contained in my answer to a. question by the hon. Member for Merthyr Tydvil on the 19th of last month and in the previous questions and answers-referred to therein.
