WILSONasked the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he is aware that an application for an advance of wages on behalf of the boom defence men at Milford Haven has been before his Department since August last; that this delay is causing irritation: that the men in question are at present receiving much below the proper minimum rates; and whether he will take the necessary steps to expedite a settlement?
