§ Mr. MACPHERSONI am not aware of the difficulties and delays to which my hon. Friend refers. Practically all conscientious objectors who have been court-martialled are in possession of regimental numbers. A few cases have occurred in the past where such men were court-martialled before being posted, but instructions on this point were issued some time ago.
