Ellison, Premier Cabinet Works, Manchester, have had a strike on with their workpeople for the past eleven weeks; whether he is aware that the above firm have a. contract with the War Office for 50,000 boxes; is he aware that the above firm have arranged with the Labour Exchange Department in Manchester to have a number of women to take the place of the strikers; and, if so, what steps he intends taking to compel the firm to effect a settlement with the workpeople's trade union?
