Colonel FABERasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, having regard to the announcement that Mr. Randall is not to be allowed to purchase the London Emery Works, he will now place the matter before the Public Prosecutor, in order that action may be taken against Randall for making a false statutory declaration upon the strength of which his tender was accepted?
§ Mr. WARDLEProceedings in the Courts have been instituted by Mr. Randall with regard to the sale of the London Emery Works, and I am nut prepared to make any statement on the matter pending these proceedings.
