§ Mr. DUKEI am not aware of the particular contracts referred to, but if they relate to wages which may be fixed by the Agricultural Wages Board for Ireland under the Corn Production Act, 1917, for workmen in agriculture, I am advised that contracts of local bodies are not affected to any large extent
