§ Mr. BYRNEasked the Prime Minister what action he proposes to take to give effect to the unanimous findings of the jury, composed of men of different political views, in connection with the death of Mr. Thomas Ashe as the result of the treatment he received in Mountjoy Prison, Dublin; and if he intends bringing criminal indictments against those who have been held responsible by the jury for this event, which has evoked indignation and horror in Ireland, in America, and in neutral countries?
