§ Mr. KELLYasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he will furnish a list of the names of the doctors whose appointments the Local Government Board have refused to sanction on the ground that they were of military age, and of the boards by whom they were appointed?
§ Mr. DUKEOne case, that of Rath-down, has reached a definite issue between the Local Government Board and the guardians, and is, as I am informed, to be the subject of legal proceedings. Other cases have arisen, of which I have not particulars at present.
