§ Mr. WILESasked the Home Secretary whether he is aware of the desire there is among the Metropolitan Police to be allowed to confer together from time to time as to their conditions of service and to select a few representatives from their colleagues to put forward any grievances which may arise to the Chief Commissioner on their behalf; and, if so, will he relax the present Regulations and allow at each station the weekly use of a room for this purpose?
