HC Deb 21 March 1917 vol 91 cc1933-4W
Mr. HAZLETON

asked the Financial Secretary to the War Office if he can yet state whether it is intended to publish the Report of the hon. Member for Loughborough regarding the need for a receiving depot for War Office supplies in Ireland; whether he can state the substance of that Report; whether it recommended the establishment of such a depot; and whether any action is to be taken as a result of War Office communications with the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland?

Mr. FORSTER

No, Sir, as at present advised, it is not proposed to publish this Report. The hon. Gentleman will, therefore, forgive me if I do not disclose the views expressed with regard to particular points. The whole question is being considered, but I am not able to say more at the moment.
