§ Dr. MACNAMARAThe privilege of week-end tickets was withdrawn on 1st January last in connection with the general scheme for restriction of railway travelling, and the case of the men referred to by my right hon. Friend is not considered to be so exceptional as to justify the grant of the privilege suggested by him.
