§ Mr. BARNESThe Statutory Committee have appointed twelve inspectors of accounts, including one for Ireland and one for Scotland. A further appointment will be made for Scotland. Nine of the inspectors who have been appointed are above military age, and the remaining three have been permanently or temporarily exempted by tribunals.
