§ Mr. FORSTERAn agreement is in force with the London General Omnibus Company whereby they guarantee to produce certain buses in certain eventualities. For their services they receive a small retaining fee on each bus required and a rate of hire will be paid for each bus called out. The answer to the second part of the question is in the affirmative.
