HC Deb 14 March 1917 vol 91 c1133W
Mr. BYRNE

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether Major Odium has faithfully served the Government for a period of thirteen years; whether his case can now be reviewed; if so, whether, in reviewing such case, his name will be placed on the seniority list of district inspectors as from the date of his joining; and whether, in the event of his name being so placed on the list, he will be given the pay and allowances of his rank earned to date?

Mr. DUKE

I am not able to discuss by question and answer the position and prospects of an individual officer of the Royal Irish Constabulary who, so far as I know, has not asked for such public discussion.
